JERRY SCHLOEMER
Founder & Chairman of the Board, Chief Technology Officer
Jerry Schloemer, President and CTO, is a Stanford-trained electrical engineer whose career kicked off at Admiral Radio, developing radar systems with Pentagon experts. At Motorola, he led the team that developed the precursor to today’s routers, setting the stage for smartphones. A serial inventor, Jerry’s creations have shaped communications, from his patents that underpin the GSM Standard to his innovative terrestrial mesh radio system. His latest brainchild, StarMesh Global™, redefines communication with a dynamic network of satellites and drones, making a significant impact in the tech world.
DAVID QUINLAN
Founder, President & Global IP Counsel
David Quinlan merges deep expertise in patent law with a solid foundation in aerospace engineering. Starting his career in aircraft and jet engine design, David shifted gears after earning his law degree from Georgetown University. He has since become a powerhouse in intellectual property law, having prosecuted thousands of U.S. and international patents that have generated significant revenue. His extensive experience spans critical technologies vital to StarMesh, from cellular telephony to AI and mesh communications. Previously a partner at a prominent New York IP law firm, David’s legal acumen and strategic vision are invaluable assets to our team.
Charles Chamberlain
Chief Operating Officer & Business Development
Charles Chamberlain brings over two decades of experience in finance and IP asset monetization and commercialization. Known for his business and IP strategic acumen, Charles has been pivotal in structuring and negotiating large transactions, licensing deals, and advising companies from conception to launch of disruptive patented products into many industries. His reputation as a top IP strategist is evidenced by his consistent peer-nominated inclusion as one of the "IAM Strategy 300" members from 2015 to 2024 and his selection by IAM as a "Strategy 300 Global Leader" for 2024. Charles's educational journey took him from pre-med studies at Louisiana State University to earning a summa cum laude degree in Business Administration from Georgia State University, with a focus on international business. His leadership has significantly advanced our IP-backed start-up and patent monetization projects, impacting StarMesh's growth and strategic direction toward commercialization.
